At the Museum of the Canals, located in a monumental building on the Herengracht, you'll travel back in time to the Amsterdam of the Dutch Golden Age. You'll receive an audio guide on arrival, and be transported to the year 1600 through holograms, paintings, models and more. You'll learn about the UNESCO-listed waterways that define the city, their contribution to commerce and the ground-breaking engineering that went into their creation.
